Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your perfume to request a
return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the perfume must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Have the original seller foil/seal intact
- Be in resalable condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any perfume that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be
returned.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be returned to the seller at the
customer’s expense.
Once the returned perfume is received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be initiated if all return
conditions are met. This may take 7 to 10 business working days.
Items returned without the original seal/foil, or in a non-resalable condition, will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the perfume is defective, damaged, or incorrect, report the issue
immediately so it can be evaluated.
Any issues reported after 14 days of receiving are voided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To receive a different perfume, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place
a new order.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed after the seller receives and inspects the returned perfume. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
